Shipping one-of-a kind objects to tradeshows can be a process filled with anxiety. Pieces must arrive on time and undamaged, and costs must be kept under control. Global Art Transport works with you AND your tradeshow organizer. Typically, your show organizer sends the convention/tradeshow parameters to us. With this information, we work with you for a timely pickup to keep your costs under control and transport your shipment to your show at the right place AND at the right time. We are in constant communication with the carrier so we can pinpoint your shipment on a daily basis and monitor it until the final consolidated delivery, on time, every time. It is essential that this monitoring take place DAILY on the tradeshow shipment. Our clients don't have the time to worry about it, but we do!
For the international tradeshow shipper, we are familiar with export documentation, customs formalities to preclude duties, and finally returning the goods to the US. We prepare all international documentation for our clients. For the US based shipper, we are well versed in shows at the major convention centers, as well as the smaller independent locations. We understand the nature of tradeshows and conventions, and take particular pride in our nearly 100% on time tradeshow deliveries.
